A Red OX Beirão with the Portuguese liqueur: Licor Beirão.

Ingredients

Crushed ice
6units.centiliterLicor Beirão
4Mandarin segments
2lime wedges
2basil leaves
1Mandarin peel

Preparation

  1. Pour the Licor Beirão into a cocktail shaker and add the mandarin and lime wedges. Muddle the mandarin and lime well.
  2. Add ice to the mixture and shake well.
  3. Serve with some extra ice and garnish with basil leaves.
