Preparation
- Heat the pre-cooked potato in the oven, on the barbecue, or in the microwave (2 x 7 minutes) and cut it in half.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Heat the Redefine Meat pulled pork until the pulled pork has crispy layers and juicy chunks.
- Spoon the barbecue sauce over the cooked pulled pork.
- Place the pulled pork on the halved baked potato.
- Slice the pickles and garnish the potato with them along with the parsley.
