Ingredients

Ginger
sparkling wine
25mlFresh lemon juice
25mlHoney
Ice cubes
40mlSuntory Roku Gin
Star anise

Preparation

  1. Add the gin, lemon juice, and honey to the glass.
  2. Stir well so the honey dissolves.
  3. Add ice and stir for another 30 seconds.
  4. Top up with well-chilled sparkling wine.
  5. Garnish with ginger and star anise.
