Creamy risotto

With poached egg and Limburg asparagus

Ingredients

150grisotto
1units.itemsPoached egg
2units.itemsLimburg asparagus
30gCulinary mushroom sauce
1.1gtruffle potato chips
1units.itemsGangnam Tops

Preparation

  1. Heat the risotto in a little vegetable stock.
  2. Warm the poached egg in hot water.
  3. Gently stew the asparagus in a little water with some butter.
  4. Heat the mushroom sauce in a saucepan.
  5. Plate the risotto in a deep dish with the poached egg on top.
  6. Arrange the asparagus playfully on top and generously spoon over the mushroom sauce.
  7. Garnish with chips and cress.
