Preparation

  1. Chill the cocktail glass with ice cubes.
  2. Simply shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  3. Spread some mandarin segments on the bottom of the ice-cold glass.
  4. Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass and top with the cava spumante.
