Fresh gin cocktail with pear, lemon, and apple. Lightly sweet and refreshing. Served with ice and an apple slice.

Ingredients

30mlApple juice
Apple slice
Ice cubes
50mlLe Gin Pira
15mlSimple syrup / sugar syrup
30mlLemon juice

Preparation

  1. Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice.
  2. Shake the gin, juices, and syrup with ice and double strain into the glass.
  3. Garnish with an apple slice.
