Soft shell beetroot wrap

Ingredients

beet wraps No Fairytales
salted popcorn
mini chicken sausages
Saus.Guru Original BBQ sauce
Little Gem lettuce

Preparation

  1. Cook/grill the mini chicken sausages until done.
  2. Once cooked, brush with Saus.Guru Original BBQ sauce.
  3. Cut out the wraps with a cutter.
  4. Grill/warm the wraps briefly for extra flavor.
  5. Finely slice the little gem lettuce.
  6. Fill the wraps with little gem on the bottom and place the chicken sausage on top.
  7. Fold the wraps in half and secure with a skewer.
  8. Garnish with extra sauce and salted popcorn.
  9. Also delicious to add Jonnie & Oos smoked beets (24000626) on the bottom of the wrap.
