Cocktail based on a single grain whisky made from 100% malted barley, you don't come across that very often!The whisky has a beautifully rounded mouthfeel with notes of red apple and lime, complemented by vanilla fudge and cane sugar. A whisky with a somewhat sweeter, lighter character, which is perfect for cocktails.Ingredients
22.5mlLemon juice
25mlSpearhead Single Grain Scotch Whisky
15mldry vermouth
15mlSugar syrup
10Raspberries
15mlEgg white (half an egg)
Preparation
- Fill the cocktail glass with ice to chill it.
- Put 7 raspberries in a shaker and gently muddle them together.
- Add the Spearhead Single Grain Scotch Whisky, lemon juice, dry vermouth, sugar syrup, and egg white, and shake well.
- Then add ice to the shaker and shake again thoroughly.
- Garnish with three raspberries on a skewer.
