Preparation

The Stà Calm Lebowski is prepared directly in an old fashioned glass with ice.
Pour 4 cl Arneis Grappa "Storie di Vitigno" and 4 cl Caffè Mazzetti into the glass and stir gently.
Then add the cream: let it slide down the inside of the glass along the rounded side of a bar spoon to create a beautiful layered effect.
