Mashed purple cauliflower

The purple cauliflower gives this stamppot a unique twist.

Ingredients

Floury potatoes
butter, warm milk, salt
Purple cauliflower

Preparation

  1. Boil floury potatoes until done and mash them with a fork.
  2. Clean a purple cauliflower, cut into small pieces, and blanch until just tender.
  3. Stir this into the potatoes to taste. Finally, add some butter and warm milk. Season with a little salt. Grate a bit of purple cauliflower over the top.
