Fresh whisky sour with Teeling Small Batch, lemon juice, honey syrup, apricot brandy, and egg white. Full, creamy, and balanced.

Ingredients

15mlEgg white
30mlLemon juice
Ice cubes
15mlhoney syrup
60mlTeeling Small Batch
7.5mlApricot brandy

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously with ice.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish as desired.
