Preparation
- Bruise the mint leaves from 6 sprigs. Fill the glass with a mix of mint leaves and ice cubes.
- Pour the Tia Maria over the ice cubes and pour the milk over it.
- Carefully pour the espresso over the milk. Garnish the drink with the remaining sprig of mint.
