Pink grapefruit peel
3Parts sparkling water
Ice cubes
1Part Suntory Whisky Toki

Preparation

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice and stir to chill the glass.
  2. Add the Toki whisky and stir gently to chill.
  3. Top with sparkling water, then do not stir further.
  4. Squeeze a piece of grapefruit peel over the glass and use it as a garnish.
