Vegetarian hamburger with mozzarella and pesto mayonnaise

You definitely won't miss meat in this delicious large hamburger.

Ingredients

Rocket
Mozzarella
3Pesto
1rustic white roll
1Tomato
1vegetarian burger
100gBrander mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Bake or grill the vegetarian burger. Place the sliced mozzarella on top.
  2. Briefly place the burger with mozzarella in the oven, or gratinate it under the salamander.
  3. Blend the pesto with the mayonnaise until smooth in a blender.
  4. Bake the buns in the oven.
  5. Top the buns with arugula, tomato slices, and the burger with melted mozzarella.
  6. Serve the pesto mayonnaise separately.
