Vegetarian tacos

Ingredients

2Red onions
8gKnorr Professional spice puree Garlic
6gCumin
4gPaprika powder
1gchili flakes
5Tomatoes
5green tiger tomatoes
1Red chili pepper
400gKidney beans
600gNoMince Minced
600gKnorr Collezione Italiana Tomato Pronto Napoletana
black pepper to taste
1tray of goa cress
0.5Hellmann's Basil Vinaigrette

Preparation

  1. Cut the red onion into brunoise and stew together with the garlic in oil.
  2. Add the cumin, paprika powder, and chili flakes and fry briefly.
  3. Add the tomato sauce and bring to a gentle boil.
  4. Brown the vegan mince in some oil and add this together with the beans to the sauce.

 

  1. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and the chili pepper into rings.
  2. Season the salad with some black pepper and vinaigrette.

Briefly fry the tortillas in the pan and divide them together with the "chili sin carne" over the plates. Add the tomato salad and top the tacos with the cress.
