Preparation
- Place the salmon fillet on baking paper on a baking tray.
- Top the salmon with red pepper and lime and cook in the oven at 58 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
- Heat the Thai coconut milk in a pan while stirring continuously.
- Briefly fry the scampi in a hot pan.
- Arrange all components together on a beautiful platter and garnish with seroendeng and sriracha.
