10gFresh basil
200gCream cheese
75gChopped sun-dried tomatoes
10gbasil oil

Preparation

  1. Start with a base of 200 grams of cream cheese and 4 tablespoons of crème fraîche.
  2. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, and basil oil and whip until airy.
  3. Top with some pieces of sun-dried tomato and basil leaves.
