The use of red martini gives this cocktail a pleasant, slightly sweet flavor. If you use white martini, that is not the case.

Ingredients

45mlRosso Antico
Orange zest
3dashes of Angostura bitters
45mlZuidam Rye
5mlDe Kuyper Curacao Orange

Preparation

  1. Stir all the ingredients in a large glass with plenty of ice so it can dilute well.
  2. Fine strain into a coupe or martini glass.
  3. Squeeze the oil from the orange zest and rub it around the rim of the glass.
  4. Place the zest as a garnish on the glass.
