Jopen Non IPA is the first low-alcohol beer from Jopen, brewed with a special yeast that hardly converts sugars into alcohol. The result is a flavorful and fruity IPA with a full hop taste. For an authentic Haarlem touch, three grains are used: barley, wheat, and oats, according to medieval tradition. This results in a fruity, malty, and slightly bitter beer, perfect for lovers of a classic IPA without the alcohol.
