The nose of this re-fermented tripel reveals a very fine hoppiness, combined with sweet-malty and floral notes. In the mouth, the taste fulfills all the promises of the aroma: after a sweet start, the flowers and the hops come through; after the full flavor follows a long finish, in which the bitterness is tempered by velvety soft malt notes.
