At the beginning of September, the meteorological autumn arrives and it is time for dark beer. Bock beer! Brewmaster Maurice received a request for a bock beer shortly after the founding of the family brewery. Son-in-law Sander Visser wanted to toast with something new and unique in November when he married daughter Marinka Diks. Maurice shut himself off from the outside world and wrote a new recipe for a bottom-fermented and originally brewed bock beer: Razende BOK. Razende BOK owes its name to the enormous sandbank south of Texel, the Razende Bol. An uninhabited islet (except for a few seals and struners) where the meter-high waves have free rein all around. Razende BOK is an original bottom-fermented brewed bock beer with 6.5% alcohol by volume. The many different roasted malt types give this special bock beer its characteristic and rich caramel and coffee tones. A malty and dark-colored autumn bock beer for special moments in dark days. What will your moment be?
