Beautiful brown-red with a rich, light foam head. The initial taste is caramel, immediately followed by a refined roasted aroma that brings to mind mocha. The beer is very smooth, but not too heavy. The bitterness comes more from a nutty character combined with the roasted notes of the malts used.
