This bock beer has a particularly pronounced character of caramel and raisins. It tastes full and sweet, but not sticky. The aftertaste lingers pleasantly long. Beer friend with game stew, cheese platter, waffles, and poffertjes. Bold with chicory (salad), pickles gooseberry tart, and salted herring.
