This special beer, originally known as the Scheepstimmerman, has matured for 18 months in PX sherry barrels and then for 6 months in Tawny port barrels. This long maturation gives the beer a complex flavor with notes of vanilla, floral honey, and dried plums, resulting in the unique Tsar Peter 2024/6.
