Knorr white roux binds all sauces, soups, and ragouts simply and quickly. The roux granules dissolve quickly without forming lumps. To be used as a thickening agent and can be added during preparation. The roux is neutral in taste and therefore suitable for various hot preparations. This binder is suitable for vegetarian and vegan food and free from added flavor enhancers, artificial colorings, and preservatives. Also available in a 1-kilo can or a 1-kilo bucket.
