Rubbing, in other words rubbing, is the way to give ingredients a strong flavor before you cook them. Combined with a neutral oil, you can also turn rubs into a nice marinade. Mix the dry mixes from Nomu with oil and then rub the meat well with it before preparing it. Use the rubs, for example, also as a flavoring in dressings or marinades.
