This mountain tea is picked by the Tsiknakis family in Crete. The flowers grow there at high altitudes in the mountains. The full sun gives the flowers an intense, pure flavor. After the flowers are picked by hand, they are dried, packaged, and shipped to HANOS.
Let the dried flowers and stems steep in hot water (100C) for optimal flavor. One stem is often enough for a cup of tea.
