A spicy, nutty oil suitable for cooking and mainly used in Asian cuisine. Sesame oil contains a high concentration of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids. The oil consists of sesame oil (90%) and roasted sesame oil (10%) and thus has a surprising flavor.
