This beef rib eye comes from grain-fed Black Angus cattle from Australia. The beef rib-eye comes from the back of the cattle and is a well-known piece of meat with a small fat eye. It is incredibly tender meat with a beautiful marbling. The rib-eye can be excellently cooked medium-rare for a flavorful result.
