Rib Eye from New Zealand beef. The beef rib-eye comes from the back of the cow and is a well-known cut of meat featuring a characteristic fat eye. It is incredibly tender meat with beautiful marbling. The rib-eye is excellent when cooked medium rare for a flavorful result.
