This Spéciale Tsarkaya oyster was developed for Russian gourmets who wanted their own oyster. This oyster is exclusively cultivated and matured in the bay of Mont Saint Michel. The Tsarkaya oyster has a full and ripe flavor with a subtle hint of iodine and a slight sweetness. The texture is creamy and meaty, and the oyster has a delicate long aftertaste.
