This hotel block of young matured cumin cheese from HANOS Selection is made from full Dutch cow's milk. Thanks to the special recipe, 1% less salt is needed. This does not affect the taste and structure of the cheese. This Gouda naturally matured cheese is an economical basis for slices, cubes, and for grating. For even more convenience, the cheese has already been stripped of its rind.
