This full creamy cheese from the farm combined with mixed herbs provides a pleasant surprise. The age of the cheese is 10 weeks and the fat content is 50+. No less than 25 herbs are processed in this cheese, including parsley, cumin seed, paprika, chives, dill herb, and basil. For the herb cheeses of Kaasmaeker, a banderol is used. The top is not provided with a label, so the herbs in the cheese are clearly visible. It gives an artisanal appearance.
