Holland Jersey Oud is made from 100% natural milk from Dutch Jersey cows. The whole milk is not standardized or skimmed and goes directly from the cow into the cheese. This gives the cheese, which matures to perfection in complete tranquility, its full, rich flavor. Holland Jersey Oud contains less salt, is lactose-free, 100% natural, thus free from artificial flavorings, colorings, and preservatives, and is suitable for vegetarians.
