One of the few red-rind cheeses our country has. Doruvael is an abbreviation of 'through land consolidation from elsewhere'. This cheese is creamy and mild in flavor. Formerly raw milk, now pasteurized, but certainly no less special because of that. Recently, this delicious cheese is also available with Italian black summer truffle.
