De Vreugdevol is a pasteurized sheep's cheese made at the organic farm De Vreugdehoeve in the floodplains near Zwolle.
This distinctive cheese is aged for at least 3 months and is washed daily with a combination of brine and red flora. This process creates a shiny red rind on the cheese, which is also edible. A unique cheese that is a must-have on your Dutch cheese platter.
