Achterhooks Pikant Oud is an organic cheese that is matured for 40+ weeks and supplied in a 10kg format. The milk for the "Achterhooks" cheeses is collected from five organic farmers in Achterhoek. Cheesemaker Aurora produces delicious Gouda cheeses from this milk. An important detail is that part of the milk is supplied by Jersey cows.
