The Bosma family from Rutten (Noordoostpolder) is one of the few companies still using the authentic bread shape for their cheeses. This is their delicious creamy cheese with Frisian cloves. The cheese has a distinctive farmer's taste. This Poldergenot farmhouse cheese is a real flavor enhancer and, due to the bread shape, easily and economically sliceable into slices and cubes.
