The Bosma family from Rutten (Noordoostpolder) is one of the few companies that still uses the authentic bread shape for its cheeses. This is a creamy cumin cheese with a distinctive farmhouse flavor. This Poldergenot cumin cheese from the farm is a real flavor enhancer and, due to the bread shape, easy and economical to slice into slices and cubes.
