Hierbas de las Dunas is a liqueur based on eighteen types of herbs, flowers, and plants from the Zeeland dunes. The drink was created by the Dutch top chef Syrco Bakker (restaurant Pure C). Because only fresh ingredients are used, the result is a liqueur with a pure, salty-sweet taste that is perfect as an aperitif, digestif, or in a cocktail.
