Heating element made of AISI 304 stainless steel and placed in the water reservoir for efficient heat transfer. Lid made of tempered glass with insulated handle, ladle notch, and aluminum hinge. The design of the two-piece lid reduces heat loss when opening while maintaining optimal hygienic conditions. Integrated card holder on the lid for name cards. Digital control panel with display showing operating time, set temperature, and actual temperature. The last temperature setting is stored in memory and selected each time the power is turned on. The temperature can be set from 35 to 85 ̊C in 1 ̊C increments. The water reservoir is equipped with a max. fill line, indicating ≈1.5L. Not intended for cooking, only for keeping warm.
