The classic Beerenburg, but then the Hooghoudt version. It tastes slightly bitter, warm, spicy, and robust. To spicy bay leaf, gentian root, and sweet herbal juniper berry, a blend of 71 herbs is added. Flavors of bay leaf and licorice with a full spiciness and a hint of bitterness. Delicious in hot chocolate.
