The El Dorado 3Y white is a rum which has been aged for at least three years in oak barrels and is then double filtered. This is done using natural charcoal to remove the color. The result is a rum that is incredibly smooth and versatile, perfect for mixing cocktails or enjoying neat. The rum has a distinctive flavor of coconut and an aroma of vanilla and citrus.
