This savory variant of the Copperhead gin is a London Dry Gin and was developed together with Marian Beke. This unique pickled gin owes its flavor to the use of nineteen botanicals such as cinnamon, mustard seed, dill, pepper, bay leaf, and of course 'pickles'. The gin is the perfect base for a Gibson Martini or a complex Gin & Tonic. Eight-year-old jenever is added to the gin, which beautifully brings everything together and creates a real link to the origin of gin. Preferably serve this gin with a classic Indian tonic.
