From 1911 to 1970, Van Toor made the Torine Gazeuse lemonade, which was delivered in a traditional swing-top bottle. They continue this tradition with this gin. For the Torine gin, the label from 1911 was used as a starting point and has now been restored to its former glory. This gin has a dominant note of rosemary and thyme. A beautiful balance of a large number of herbs such as coriander, juniper, cinnamon, and cardamom, and ultimately an undertone of malt wine. Delicious to mix with an Indian tonic and lemongrass.
