Steam & Fire is the calling card of the technical capabilities of the Loch Lomond Distillery. This product was born out of curiosity, where the knowledge and skills of the distillers and coopers come together. The single malt first matured in bourbon casks and then underwent a 10-month finish in heavily charred American oak casks, toasted in the Loch Lomond Distillery's own cooperage. The result is indeed a beautiful expression of sweet fruit, honey, and a subtle smokiness!
