Planteray Cut & Dry Coconut Rum is an artisanal, 100% Barbadian coffee and coconut infusion, crafted with sun-dried coconut shells that are carefully macerated for several years in a blend of pure column and pot still rum. Produced after four years of experimentation and using one ripe coconut per liter, this rum offers an intense aroma of pulp, milk, and roasted coconut, with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and sesame oil. On the palate, it is round and full, with flavors of coconut milk, banana, green ginger, molasses, and spices, followed by a long, warming finish of coconut, pepper, and vanilla. Perfect neat, in a Piña Colada, or a subtle tiki cocktail.
