The Whistler P.X. I Love You Single Malt is an Irish whiskey that combines elegance and depth thanks to maturation in both ex-bourbon and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. After an initial maturation phase in bourbon casks, the whiskey develops its rich, full character through an additional maturation of at least nine months in sherry casks. This results in a lush flavor with notes of raisins, caramel, dried fruit, and a subtle spiciness. Non-chill filtered and bottled at natural color for an authentic experience.
