This refined rosé is light in color and has a beautiful bouquet with notes of red fruit and some spices. It tastes intense, is wonderfully fresh, and has a fine finish. Very suitable as an aperitif on a beautiful summer day, but it also certainly comes into its own as an accompaniment to fish and shellfish or a nice salad.
