Chardonnay originating from Franschhoek in South Africa. Because part of the grapes is aged in wooden barrels, this chardonnay achieves a beautiful balance of fruit and wood tones, and the finish is creamy and round and does not become tiresome. A beautiful wine with aromas of ripe tropical fruit, citrus fruits, cinnamon, and nutmeg in the scent and taste. Creamy finish. An ideal companion for fish, shellfish and crustaceans, poultry, soft cheeses, and dishes with creamy sauces.
